Are there additional costs?

For Consultancy based support if an on-site visit is required, expenses are usually added. This can be discussed at the time. Please get in touch for more information.

Can we have weekend support?

This would be by prior agreement / arrangement and consultant availability. Please get in touch for more information.

What is incident based?

An incident based support contract is where you can purchase support in multiples of 5 ” incidents”. When you contact us with an issue, this will be logged in our support system and an incident will be used to resolve the problem (until you have used all of your contracted incidents).

What happens if I have used all my "incidents"?

An incident based support contract is for 12 months. If, within the 12 month period you have used all of your incidents, we will offer a renewal quote.

Can I change or cancel my support plans?

You can certainly add to your support contract i.e add more incidents (multiples of 5). However, if you decide to cancel your support contract with NDS8 a refund may be available. Please get in touch for more information.

Is TeamViewer available for other OS?

Yes. TeamViewer is also available for other OS such as Linux or MAC . If you want to use the mobile version, then please visit the relevant app store for your mobile device.
